We have some OUTSTANDING news to share! We recently surpassed 100 reviews on our San Diego Yelp page from many highly satisfied clients. What makes these reviews stand out is that they are ALL FIVE-STAR. These reviews span from April 2013, just a month after we got our humble start in the wedding and entertainment circuit, and reaches to our most recent review posted in July 2015.

 

All of these reviews highlight our clients’ favorite aspects of having our open air photo booths at their events. These event range from weddings, to corporate events, to birthday parties, to school and university functions. These reviews not only allow for transparency for other potential clients to see, but give a clear snapshot of the exceptional service and outstanding consistency that we have strived to provide since Day One. In an uprising trend where photo booths are the hottest vendor to have at any event, we are confident that our Yelp reviews raise the bar for clients’ standards when they are looking for a photo booth rental company. In addition, with so many other photo booth vendors joining the market in Southern California, it can be overwhelming for clients to narrow down their options. Our milestone of reaching 100 five-star reviews aids in relieving the stress of picking a photo booth vendor.

 

However, Yelp isn’t the only review site where clients can leave their praise for our quality customer service and exceptionally high-quality photo booths. Other bridal review sites such as WeddingWire and The Knot display five-star reviews from ecstatic clients who have used our services. With the combined reviews from these three websites, we are proad to boast over a 99% satisfaction rating from customers and guests who have used our enclosed or open air photo booth in the last two years.

 

We've been gaining more notoriety and reception from fulfilled and happy clients and other partners, such as Comicon in San Diego and Petco Park, and it's helped to pave the way for our goals for this upcoming year and beyond. Although our new office in Austin, TX is set to open August 4, 2015, our owner McLain Harvey has already had clients express interest in booking us for events in the Lone Star State as well as reviews submitted to our Austin Yelp page.

 

The photo booth rental scene is booming and expanding across the country and we are in fact keeping up with the ever-changing and growing market. With 1,200 events projected for the 2015 year, we remain on track for our target.
